MEMORIAL VOLLEYBALL TOURNAMENT DEDICATED TO ISATAI ABDIKARIMOV HAS CONCLUDED

On the occasion of the birthday of statesman and public figure, Hero of Socialist Labour, and veteran of the Great Patriotic War Isatai Abdikarimov, the Kyzylorda Higher Polytechnic College named after I. Abdikarimov organized a traditional regional volleyball tournament among students of technical and vocational education organizations. The ceremonial opening was held at a high level.The main purpose of the competition was to promote a healthy lifestyle among students, develop mass sports, strengthen friendly relations among youth, and encourage patriotism and an active life position.The opening ceremony was attended by the college administration, veterans, representatives of the intelligentsia, sports enthusiasts, teachers, and students. In his speech, the college director, Candidate of Technical Sciences, Professor Abaybek Zhunusov, wished the participants success and emphasized the importance of sports in human life. He also highlighted the significance of such educational events in youth upbringing.Teams from several higher colleges of the region took part in the competition, competing against each other.
