“LAW AND ORDER” – THE FOUNDATION OF LEGAL AWARENESS AND RESPONSIBILITY

On April 10, 2026, within the framework of the “Law and Order” project, meaningful preventive supplementary classes were organized for first-year students. The main goal of this event was to support the personal development of students, improve their legal literacy, and prevent all forms of violence, bullying, and unlawful behavior. Today, fostering a legal culture among young people is one of the most important tasks of society.The classes were conducted with the participation of experienced specialists, including former employees of the прокуратура and police authorities. The life and professional experience of such mentors has a strong impact on young people and helps shape a positive attitude toward the law. During the meeting, Candidate of Legal Sciences, retired colonel, who held senior positions for many years in the Department of Internal Affairs of the Kyzylorda region, and currently a senior lecturer at Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University, Otarbayev Ganibek Syrmaganbetuly, held an open discussion with the students. In his speech, he elaborated on: — the importance of legal awareness; — the necessity of complying with legal requirements; — ways to prevent deviant behavior; — the consequences of bullying and violence among youth. In addition, students asked questions that concerned them and received clear and detailed answers. The open dialogue format contributed to the development of their critical thinking, encouraged responsibility for their actions, and helped them learn how to make sound decisions.Such educational events not only enhance the legal culture of young people but also contribute to shaping active, conscious, and responsible members of society. The principle of “Law and Order” should become a life guideline for every young person!
