    On April 17, 2026, within the framework of the week “Professional competence of a young specialist – the foundation of quality education,” an educational activity titled “Step into the profession: secrets of dairy production” was organized. The event was held at the small industrial site “Tumar.”The head of the “Tumar” small industrial site, Ibragimova Zhanar Amzeevna, introduced students to the production workshops and explained the specifics of the enterprise’s operations. The technologist of the dairy workshop, Ablasanov N., provided information about dairy production technology and the characteristics of production processes.During the excursion, students became familiar with the processes of milk reception, pasteurization, cooling, and packaging at the “Balqaiymak” dairy processing workshop, and also observed the technology of kefir production. In addition, they learned about the stages of sausage and semi-finished product production and observed the production processes.The event was attended by students of group TM-25, majoring in “Milk and Dairy Products Production,” as well as teachers and industry specialists.Such educational activities help first-year students adapt to their chosen profession and increase their professional interest.Organizers: special discipline teachers Zhanjigit N., Baimanova A.
