Developing social partnership in the energy sector — one of the key priorities

Today, September 15, representatives of the Kyzylorda Polytechnic Higher College named after Issatay Abdikarimov paid a working visit to Huadian Kazakhstan Energy Company in the Shieli District, where they familiarized themselves with the operations of the enterprise.During the visit, the participants exchanged views on modern production processes in the energy sector, professional training of specialists, and the requirements for technical personnel.The main purpose of the meeting was to establish social partnership between the college and the enterprise and to develop mutually beneficial cooperation in training qualified specialists needed by the energy sector.In the future, the parties plan to work together on organizing industrial training, providing students with practical experience at the enterprise, introducing elements of dual education, enhancing the professional competencies of specialists, and training personnel in demand in the energy sector.For the college, establishing close cooperation with industrial enterprises is an important mechanism for combining students’ theoretical knowledge with real-world practical experience and preparing competitive specialists for the labor market.Such social partnership in the energy sector opens up new opportunities and contributes to the development of the region’s industrial potential.
