Construction and Operation of Buildings and Structures

On April 2, 2026, at the Kyzylorda Polytechnic Higher College named after Isatay Abdykarimov, within the specialty 07320100 “Construction and Operation of Buildings and Structures,” consultations were held for college students and preparatory work was conducted for the final stage of testing under the international certified training program NCCER (ICTP), within the framework of the “Project Supervision” program and international industry accreditation.The final stage indicates that 15 students successfully passed the test and received NCCER international certification within the framework of the “Project Supervision” program and international industry accreditation.The testing was conducted by the team of ARES Training Center LLP, the official representative of NCCER in Kazakhstan.This certificate is an important tool that expands employment opportunities for graduates not only in Kazakhstan but also abroad. It confirms professional skills according to international standards and increases competitiveness in the labor market.NCCER (National Center for Construction Education and Research) is a recognized standard for workforce training in the construction and technical fields in many countries.
