«10 DAYS IN INDUSTRY»: CONTINUITY BETWEEN EDUCATION AND INDUSTRY

The activities under the «10 Days in Industry» campaign are continuing at the Kyzylorda Polytechnic Higher College named after I. Abdikarimov.One of the key areas of the campaign is to examine the professional skills of students undergoing industrial training at real workplaces and to determine how well the knowledge acquired at college meets the requirements of modern industry.Currently, college students are undertaking industrial training at enterprises and organizations that are social partners of the college, taking part in actual work processes related to their specialties. During their training, they develop skills in operating modern equipment, performing production operations, complying with safety requirements, and working effectively in a professional environment.As part of the campaign, students' practical experience is analyzed, while their opinions and suggestions are also taken into consideration. In particular, the relevance of the knowledge acquired at college to actual production is assessed, along with the professional skills that need to be strengthened and the technologies and production operations that require additional training.The information collected will serve as a basis for further aligning educational programs with the actual requirements of industry, improving the quality of practical training, and strengthening cooperation with employers.Industry requirements → quality practical training → professional skills → a work-ready specialist!
